What is PPC?
PPC (Pay per click) advertising is a marketing channel, often used by marketers within businesses, which uses adverts in order to drive customers to that businesses’s door, usually via their website. It’s labelled pay per click because you do just that – everytime someone clicks on your advert and goes through to your website, you pay. What is GDN?
GDN stands for Google Display Network and again, is a channel utilised by marketers. Unlike Google Adwords however, GDN marketing allows marketers to place adverts on other websites and not just within the Google listings. You can specify which type of websites this includes, to ensure your target audience will see the adverts. Check out our beginners guide to GDN for some examples.
