We are extremely pleased with their new Elite website and spoke to Hawthorn’s Dan Ford to find out what they thought about it.
But first, who are Hawthorns?
Hawthorns is a prestige car dealership based in Farnham, Surrey. Originally opening its doors in 1994, the business is named after legendary racing driver Mike Hawthorn. The “Farnham Flyer”, as he was known locally, was truly one of Britain’s great drivers, and his name and spirit live on through the company which was named in his honour.
Opened in 1994, Hawthorns was originally a franchised TVR dealer. However, eleven years later in 2005, the company moved into the sports and luxury market, but still had a keen eye on motor sports sponsoring local racing driver Jessica Hawkins.
Today the business operates out of its original heritage site, The Old Tourist Trophy Workshops, which is home to Mike Hawthorn and his father Leslie’s business during the 1950s, where they sold and maintained Jaguar, Ferrari and Maserati cars. Hawthorns now stocks a wide range of prestige vehicles including Ferrari, Jaguar, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz cars, and many other fabulous models.

Moving to a brand new website
After being a Spidersnet customer for three-and-a-half years, the team at Hawthorns decided that they wanted a brand new website.
